1. Liftgate is required if there is no loading dock and any single handling item exceeds 100 lbs. or item exceeds 72 inches in Length, Width, or Height.
2. If driver can pickup shipment outside building then Inside Pickup is NOT required. Inside Pickup only includes service in or on the first floor of the building, additional fees may apply if service is required on other floors or other areas of the building.
3. Residential pickup service may require an additional day of transit.

** Blind Shipments: Used when it is desired to keep the originating location and receiving destination unaware of each other. how it works: Two Bills of Lading (BOL) are created. The Shipper's copy of the BOL shows the carrier's terminal as the receiver. The Receiver's copy shows the carrier's terminal as the shipper. The carrier will need a copy of both BOLs. Failure to use 2AMP BOL may cause delays in COD remittance by the carrier. 2AMP is not responsible for uncollected COD payments. only one check will be obtained for the total amount. Driver will collect the amount quoted for the goods and/or the freight, but the customer (shipper) is responsible for any adjustment made to the quote by the carrier and will be billed by 2AMP for the total. All risk related to consignee's funds shall be assumed by the customer, including but not limited to, nonpayment, insufficient funds, stop payment, fraud and misrepresentation.
